Yes, they´re back again with their promotional tour of This Is Us, Their new album. On their official page of Youtube they post a diary made before an interview for a German Tv. Here it is...have fun!!! This video will be available for download by newsletter ;)
With the release of their new single "Straight Through My Heart" and the excitement that coursed through the Newsroom when it all happened, it seems that, at least among a few of us MTV News staffers, there is some excitement for the new Backstreet Boys album, This is Us, which is due out on October 6.
For the album, the guys worked with producer RedOne on the single and hooked up with longtime collaborator and pop mastermind Max Martin. They also worked with T-Pain, and Brian Littrell talked to MTV News about working with the rapper (much) earlier this year.
"T-Pain is the hottest thing since sliced bread," he said, adding that the album is "BSB doing what we did when we started together, when we made a name for ourselves we were a vocal group. There are no boy bands left other than us and we're going back to the vocals. We're going to showcase how well we can sing."
So in honor of the release, we are counting down our favorite BSB singles of all time.
10: "Incomplete": It's Kevin's last single with the group. And we are forever incomplete. 9: "Larger Than Life": We're just saying Lance Bass may have seen this video and stolen an idea or two. 8: "The Call": Hello? This song rocks! 7: "More Than That": Because we love them more than NSYNC. Yeah, we went there. 6: "I'll Never Break Your Heart": We love any song that showcases Kevin's undeniable ability to talk in a seductive manner. Kevin, we will miss you. 5: "All I Have to Give": I gave them all my mom's money in high school. And they gave me beautiful music. 4: "Shape of my Heart": It just so happens that x-rays of my heart reveal that it's in the shape of A.J. McLean. 3: "Everybody (Backstreet's Back)": Exactly. It's almost like they could tell the future. 2: "As Long as You Love Me": Dear Boys, I still love you. 1: "I Want It That Way": Because we always want it that way ... whatever that means.
Honorable Mention goes to "10,000 Promises," and if you don't know this song, you're not a true fan. I'm just saying.

"A fada do dente veio!" disse Baylee todo orgulhoso.
Howie D, of the BACKSTREET BOYS is selling his very own personal car. This is the first car Howie bought as a Bacstreet boy, Howie bought this car brand new and is the only owner. Howie is not available to show the car, however we may be able to make arrangements for Howie to meet with the winning bidder. This car is not only special because Howie D owned this car, it is also 1 of 5 cars in this color combination! I'm a private party helping my friend Howie sell his car, all questions and showing will go through me. Thank You, and Happy Bidding
"Another helpful incite from our nation’s “cream of the crop,” "The Backstreet Boys are proud and excited to be a part of Earth Hour 2009. It is absolutely inspiring for the four of us to come together with millions of people from all over the globe for such an important and monumental cause. On March 28th at 8:30pm, put in your vote to take action against the climate crisis. Get creative for an hour. Turn off your bedroom lights and light some candles. Unplug the electric and serenade your sweetheart with an acoustic guitar ballad instead. Forget the microwave and indulge on that huge bowl of Captain Crunch you've been craving. You know that's what we'll be doing. Not necessarily in that order though." "
One of our newest and most exciting events is the HHC BMW Golf Tournament. This year, the Healthy Heart Club will be hosting the BMW Golf Tournament in Alpharetta, GA. The tournament will actually be a two day event, starting with a dinner the night before the actual golf tournament. Tickets will soon be available on our site, as well as more information on the tournament. Until then, mark your calendars for June 14th and 15th of 2009.
...
I'm about to put the information up about the tournament this week. However, it's going to be $225 a person for the tournament, $800 for a foursome, and I believe $1000 for a foursome with a celebrity. We're kind of taking inventory on which celebrities are attending, and attempting to get as many on board as we can. Some of the Braves I think are going to be there, and of course Brian will be playing as well, along with some friends (we hope!)
In addition to the golf tournament, we're going to be having a VIP dinner; all the information will be on a page, as well as the blog (I wrote about the tournament on there, so check it out) The pricing will be different for the dinner, and we're going to do some silent auction stuff, etc.

The Backstreet Boys have sold over 110 million records worldwide. If that's not an impressive enough statistic, then it's worth noting they've generated over 1/2 billion dollars in concert ticket sales as well. Needless to say, when they came to ground(ctrl) in the fall of 2007, we knew we had a hot property on our hands. They are one of the largest selling bands of all time but more importantly, they are true visionaries when it comes to pushing the limits of band participation. We started with a concept for their general site (backstreetboys.com) encompassing the Backstreet Boys brand while showing the unique nature of the members individually. The band has the highest level of fan interaction weve ever seen and always give 110% to every fan.

Howie will record a duet with Sarah Geronimo that will be featured on her upcoming album. Go behind the cut to find out more…
“Fresh from a hugely-successful concert tour of Canada and the US, Sarah Geronimo stayed behind in LA to do the vocals for a duet with Backstreet Boy Howie Dorough in LA. The song, titled I’ll Be There and produced by Christian de Walden, will be included in Sarah’s latest CD which will be released in July. De Walden is the same guy who acted as go-between for Claire dela Fuente and Richard Carpenter for Claire to record the song Something in Your Eyes.
Howie D. reached worldwide fame as a member of the BSB along with AJ McLean, Brian Littrell, Kevin Richardson and Nick Carter. He is best known for his falsetto singing which is easily recognizable in hits like I Want It That Way, Drowning, The Perfect Fan and Show Me the Meaning of Being Lonely.
He is the lead singer in the songs Spanish Eyes, What Makes You Different Makes You Beautiful and How Did I Fall in Love with You. He is set to visit the Philippines in July to shoot a video with Sarah and promote the duet.”
Is money and power a free license to act like a spoiled brat?
Always has been and always will be.
In a goofy fantasy moment on reality TV last week, singer Trace Adkins was given a taste of the asinine demands that celebrities routinely dictate to hotel workers and service staff.
Adkins, whose song “You’re Gonna Miss This” currently sits at No. 2 on the Billboard country charts, played the role of errand boy for the Backstreet Boys - a metrosexual pop band representing his musical antithesis. The hilarious exercise was staged for the season finale of Donald Trump’s “Celebrity Apprentice.”
The Backstreet contract rider requires that their dressing room be stocked with an ample supply of wheat grass juice. Adkins, who’s clearly more of a beer guy, claimed he had never heard of the stuff and seemed annoyed that he had to go look for it.
Whether the wheat grass tension was real or manufactured for television, obscure snack scavenger hunts like this happen all the time. The most comprehensive collection of celebrity contract riders is posted at TheSmokingGun.com (click on the “Backstage” icon).
Some requests, such as buckets of “clean” ice, seem reasonable. Luxury hotels must occasionally get rusty water in the ice machine for this stipulation to be so common. Others, such as the mandatory cereal schedule for Clay Aiken’s backup band, go off the silliness charts.
In case you want to sync up your breakfast menu, the Claymates are fed Kellogg’s Raisin Bran (Mondays), Lucky Charms (Tuesdays), Life (Wednesdays), Oatmeal Raisin Crisp (Thursdays), Honey Nut Clusters (Fridays), Cream of Wheat (Saturdays) and Honeycomb (Sundays).
Stars, regardless of where they are on the fame spectrum, aren’t bashful about vocalizing their arbitrary dislikes. Weird Al Yankovic asks for bottled water, but cautions “NO DASANI BRAND” in screaming caps. Sheryl Crow won’t drink Evian, but no matter what kind you serve, she instructs “PLEASE DO NOT CHILL THE BOTTLED WATER.”
Metallica has a mandatory bacon policy: VERY IMPORTANT THAT BACON BE AVAILABLE AT EVERY MEAL AND DURING DAY.
After being bombarded with capital letters, it is no wonder that so many hospitality workers leak these contract riders to The Smoking Gun. Minor embarrassment is their only option for retribution.
The so-called comedian Carrot Top says he’s sick of carrot cake and doesn’t think the gesture is clever. Bill Cosby wants Cottonelle toilet paper. The Pittsburgh Steelers can only use Heinz ketchup on their burgers.
During his “Celebrity Apprentice” exercise to take care of the Backstreet Boys, Adkins found himself running out to the drug store to buy a bottle of black nail polish. One of the band members wouldn’t perform without it.
Adkins’ incredulous reaction seemed genuine. He devotes a chunk of his new biography, “A Personal Stand: Observations and Opinions From a Freethinking Roughneck,” to his early days constructing oil pipelines in Louisiana. It was a job that didn’t come with manicures.
The Smoking Gun’s archives contain the petty wish lists of 220 celebrities. Adkins isn’t one of them, which means the odds are high that he treats his concert workers and hotel staff with respect and flexibility.
For the sanity of errand boys and gophers everywhere, it would be wonderful if more rock stars voluntarily switched roles for a day.
Like Adkins, the rest of us do our jobs just fine without nail polish or an endless supply of bacon.
Backstreet Boy A.J. McLean put tickets on sale Tuesday for two sneak-preview solo concerts this coming Sunday and Monday in the Los Angeles area.
On Sunday, McLean will play the House of Blues in Anaheim; and on Monday the famous Roxy on L.A.'s Sunset Strip.
"After 13 years with the Backstreet Boys, and 75 million records sold worldwide, A.J.'s excited to take a step out on his own and present his music, in his style," his manager, Eric Podwall, tells PEOPLE. "He's excited to connect to his fans on a one-on-one basis at smaller venues – something you can't do in large arenas – and to give them a taste of some of the music that will appear on his first solo record later this year."
McLean's record, expected to be released toward the end of the year, will include songs such as "What If," "I Hate It When You're Gone," "London," and "Drive-By Love," a tune that McLean has already been singing at Backstreet Boys shows.
Following his own two shows, as well as the Backstreet Boys' European tour wrapping up May 14, McLean is set to play a series of solo shows in small venues throughout Europe before returning the States to continue working on the record.
But Backstreet Boys fans need not fret. A source also confirms that McLean is planning to record another album with the group next year.
Backstreet Boys' singer A.J. McLean is taking a break from the boy band and is set to do a series of solo shows.
Contactmusic.com reports that McLean has released just a few tickets for the concerts. His manager Eric Podwall released a statement saying: 'After 13 years with the Backstreet Boys, and 75 million records sold worldwide, McLean's excited to take a step out on his own and present his music, in his style.'
McLean is also planning to do shows in Europe to showcase a solo album he is hoping to release later in the year. He is not planning to leave the band for good and is set to record another album with them next year.
Backstreet Boy AJ McLean is apparently set to perform a couple of solo gigs in Los Angeles.
And it seems the 30-year-old boybander is also planning to release a solo record this year.
His manager, Eric Podwall, told People.com: "After 13 years with the Backstreet Boys, and 75 million records sold worldwide, AJ's excited to take a step out on his own and present his music, in his style.
Los Angeles, CA (CNS) - A.J. McLean is going solo. The "bad boy" of Backstreet Boys has decided to perform without his singing buddies and release his own record.
The 30-year-old singer had put tickets on sale Tuesday for his two solo concerts on Sunday in the House of Blues in Anaheim and on Monday at Roxy in Los Angeles' Sunset Strip. This is to give his fans a sneak peak of his performance as a solo artist.
Eric Podwall, McLean's manager, tells People magazine, "After 13 years with the Backstreet Boys, and 75 million records sold worldwide, A.J.'s excited to take a step out on his own and present his music, in his style."
"He's excited to connect to his fans on a one-on-one basis at smaller venues - something you can't do in large arenas - and to give them a taste of some of the music that will appear on his first solo record later this year."
After his two shows and the Backstreet Boys' European tour ending on May 14, McLean is going to perform a series of solo shows in intimate venues in Europe before returning to the U.S. to work on his album. His record is expected to be released at the end of the year.
But McLean is not leaving the boys completely. A source says that he is planning to record another album with them next year.
